1 – If you are training for a run you need a foam roller – a whole new level of stretching that you need to understand – mine is from Gaiam HERE
2 – A running watch with GPS is so essential! My tom tom runner cardio watch is now my fav new toy HERE
3 – A good run hat! I never knew a hat who be a run essential for me but it really does make a difference. No more worrying about sweat dripping down your face – this Nike one is awesome HERE
4 – A waist pack for your phone and ID! This Nike one is cool cuz it stretches alot HERE
5 – A good supportive sports bra is so nessesary especially for us busty gals – Nike ones HERE
6 – The right shoe for you! It is so important to be wearing the right footwear while running. These Nike Air Zoom Structure 18s are perfect for me they offer a lot of support and look cute too! HERE
7 – Music fuels my runs in a big way! These Jabra headphones are just so cool! Wireless with a heart rate monitor and fit snuggly. I wont run without them now HERE
