FREEDOM IN MOTION

Its been a couple weeks now that I have been trying out the new Nike Free RN Flyknit Running Shoes! I have been loving them for shorter runs. They have a soft cushioning sole which makes them very comfortable. I have also been wearing them a lot casually too because lets face it they look super cool!

I like the sock like fit it makes my foot feel supported and protected. The shoe is extremely flexable and definitely moves with your feet. I feel like the toe area is a little wider which I liked. Sometimes running shoes if they have a narrow toe box can rub my toes the wrong way.

I wouldn’t recommend them for distance runs. They just don’t have enough support but for more casual shorter runs I have been loving them!!!
