I have been on my fitness grind lately – I am currently training for 2 races. I love protein shakes LIKE loooovvveeeeee them. Since I am lactose intolerant I have tried so many dairy free proteins. Hands down my go to protein is Vega. It doesn’t make me run to the bathroom 10 mins after I have a shake and I feel it fills me up more then most. It is not cheap, so I have scoured the internet to find the cheapest price I could find.
