The deep freeze has arrived! The Winter has begun and I can’t say I have been eagerly anticipating it. But I won’t let it derail me fitness routine.

First off, if you are going to run outside in freezing temperatures you need a solid hat and gloves!!! My Nike Dri-Fit Tailwind Run Gloves are slim and warm and I am actually wearing the Convertible Thermal Nike Neck Warmer on my head. The right gear is so essential for below zero temps and Nike has you covered.

My Nike Orange Long Sleeve AeroReact Pullover HERE is a newer Nike technology and I think we will see alot more of it in 2016. Nike AeroReact fabric uses fibres that open to increase airflow when you sweat and close when you cool down, providing adaptable, breathable performance to stay cool, dry and comfortable from start to finish HERE. My Therma-Sphere Max Jacket HERE is engineered for superior movement in all conditions, it is made to help you stay warm, dry and focused when you’re training outside in the cold. Plus these Nike Shield Running Tights HERE are designed to keep you warm and toasty while shielding you from the wind and rain. Nike has thought of everything, even my LunarGlide 7 Flash Running Shoes are reflective and repel rain as well HERE!

Will you join me outside???
