Today marked the first classes at the new Nike Toronto NTC POPUP Studio!! For the next 8 weeks this space will be home to numerous NTC classes. They are FREE!! I repeat they are FREE!!!! All you have to do is sign up online, so there are no excuses. Call your favourite workout buddy and get moving.
