2018 is almost over and it was a roller coaster of highs and lows. I wasn’t on my fitness game like I had been in years past and because of it didn’t feel my best physically.
I am posting this as a promise to you and me that I will be better. I will eat better and workout more. I really love working out but my motivation when I get really busy is pretty much shit LOL!
A couple things that have helped with my motivation are cute sweat clothes and workout buddies!! I highly recommend getting both.
